Smudging Kits Abalone Shell With White Sage Cleansing Purifying
1 Kit contains one abalone shell and a bag of white sage.
Native Americans used smudging to cleanse and purify the body of negative energy. This can also be used to cleanse and purify objects and places such as rooms or a new house.
Directions : Place a small amount of sage in the abalone shell. Light a couple of the sage leaves and let them slow burn. You aren't trying to start a fire so when you light the leaves you want them to slow burn like incense. The smoke that comes from the burning leaves of the sage is purifying and cleansing. You can use a feather to waft the smoke gently around you or through the house or rooms.
